At En Gold, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our stone and furniture collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide your order details.

  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully repackage your item in its original custom crating or box to ensure the natural materials are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  For large furniture items, our specialized white-glove couriers will coordinate a pickup time; for smaller decor, a shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
